Me, Myself & I
My name is Astrid and I’ve spent the last 10 years practising Aerial Yoga. I first tried it after I suffered back pain from working at a desk for 10+ hours every day. By my late twenties, my back, neck and shoulders were a constant source of pain for me. Now, I’m a coach and instructor who helps others in sedentary jobs overcome the pain and discomfort cause by their work posture.
I created this very website called AerialYogaZone to document my journey with aerial yoga and how it improved my posture and flexibility.
This website is designed to spread information about aerial yoga, as I found very little information online when I was new to the sport.
Being involved in aerial yoga has opened my eyes to a world of aerial sports that I didn’t know existed before! I’ve discovered entire supportive communities through my hobby, and you can too!
